containing in the whole by estimation 6a of land which parcel of land now surrendered containing 3a3r of land lieth between the land of

of the one part toward the west and the land of
Lewis Jegon
late parcel of the said croft of land called
Barcroft
of the other part toward the east one head thereof abutting upon the way called Barrcrofteland toward the south and the other head thereof abutting upon the garden of

in right of his wife toward the north as by the metes and bounds to the use and behoof of

his wife during the whole term of her life to remain after her decease to

his son and his heirs according to the tenor force form and effect of the last will of the foresaid

deceased to wit on condition of payment of divers sums of money as in the said last will and testament of the said

being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns during the whole term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord etc to remain after her decease to the foresaid
