Ann Ashefield
widow late the wife of
Edw Ashefield
gentleman deceased and surrendered into the lord's hands one croft of land called
Pychards
with the appurtenances to the intent that the lord being so thereof seised might regrant the said croft of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid

to hold to her and her assigns during the term of her life to remain after her decease to
Wm Ashefield
her son and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the foresaid croft of land being so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the foresaid croft of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid

to hold to her and her assigns during the whole term of her life of the lord by the rod etc to remain after her decease to the foresaid

and his heirs to which

by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns of the lord by the rod etc during the whole term of her life etc to remain as before etc and she giveth fine etc and made fealty
