and the bailiff charged as in the former courts to distrain Ann Ashefield widow sister and heir of Jn Wingfield gentleman deceased of and in three crofts of land called Nikars Colland and Davisland wherefore she renteth by year and of one piece of land containing 2r lying at one head upon the croft of land called Nikars and the other head abutteth upon Boultinghousegreene whereof she rents by year one free meadow called Haddocks containing 3a sometime Dyne's wherefore she rents by year and in one little croft called Litlecrofte otherwise Bakehole wherefore she rents by year by her goods and chattels within etc that she be at the next cou rt here to be holden to pay a relief to the lord viz due to the lord by and after the death of the foresaid Jn Wingfield her brother deceased for the lands aforesaid
