X | fine 8s6d to this court came
Roger Spycer
and surrendered into the lord's hands divers customary lands and tenements called
Chewnieslands
with the appurtenances lying in Colne aforesaid containing by estimation in the whole 14a of land or more etc to the intent that the lord being so seised might regrant the said lands and tenements and other the premises with the appurtenances to the foresaid

his wife and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of them to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to one
Thos Spycer
his son and his heirs and the lord by force of the surrender aforesaid in the premises so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the said lands and tenements and ot her the premises with the appurtenances to the foresaid

his wife and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of them of the lord by the rod to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to the foresaid

his son his heirs etc to which

by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of them of the lord by the rod etc to remain after their decease as before etc and the foresaid

giveth fine etc and made fealty
