and craved to be admitted to the foresaid chief messuage and all other the premises with the appurtenances by force of the surrender aforesaid and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the tenant thereof to whom by the steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fines etc and made fealty
