fine 3s4d Hyllies Messuage | to this court came Rich Orbell and surrendered into the lord's hands one messuage and 10a of customary lands with the appurtenances late Robt Hilly's lying in Colne aforesaid as etc to the intent that the lord being so thereof seised might regrant the said messuage and 10a of land with appurtenances to the foresaid Rich and Margt his wife for the term of their lives and the longer liver of them to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to one Nich Parker of Colne aforesaid and his heirs and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid being so seised in the premises at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the said messuage and 10a of land with appurtenances to the foresaid Rich Orbell and Margt his wife and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of them and after their decease and the longer liver of them to the foresaid Nich Parker and his heirs to which Rich and Margt by the steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of them to remain after their decease as before etc of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty |
