fine 10s two cottages sometime Wm Attewood's it is found by the homage that Wm Estaie out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Peerson and Rich Rolte the lord's tenants and the same witnessing two cottages customary with appurtenances lying in Colne aforesaid sometime Wm Attewood's late Geof Buckewell's and since Nich Moore's as etc to the use and behoof of Jn Leffingwell and Alice his wife their heirs and assigns which Jn being present in court came and prayed himself and the foresaid Alice his wife to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
