fine 2s Wallers Tenement | to this court came Jn Brewer and surrendered into the lord's hands one customary tenement with appurtenances lying near Tollehousegreene called Wallers and one parcel of customary land to the same tenement adjoining containing in length 3rod and a half of land and in breadth 2rod2ft as etc to the intent that the lord being thereof so seised might regrant the said tenement and parcel of lands to the foresaid Jn Brewer and his assigns during the whole term of his life to remain after his decease to Robt Brewer son of the foresaid Jn and his heirs and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the premises being so seised at this present court granted out of his hands the foresaid tenement parcel of land with appurtenances to the foresaid Jn Brewer and his assigns during the whole term of his life to remain after his decease to the foresaid Robt Brewer his son and his heirs etc to which Jn by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his assigns during the whole term of his life of the lord by the rod etc to remain after his decease as before etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty |
