fine 2s Stonebridge Mede | to this court came Rich Rolte and surrendered into the lord's hands one parcel of meadow now called Stonebridge Meddowe parcel of a messuage with a garden adjoining called Sonnellis and certain lands and meadows called Bredgemans with a certain way or lane leading from the way called Boultinghouse Lane even to the foresaid meadow containing by estimation 1a1r of land or more etc late in the tenure of Thos Rolte the father of the foresaid Rich to the use and behoof of Barth Church his heirs and assigns who being present in court came and prayed to be admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc yielding therefore yearly to the lord and his heirs lord of this manor 12d at two usual terms of the year viz at the feast of michaelmas and the annunciation by even portions to be paid and he giveth fine etc and made fealty |
