fine 10s 5a parcel of Lowfield and 1r called Sandhill to this court came Antho Sparrowe and Adry his wife and the same Adry being alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered remitted and released and always from them and their heirs forever quitclaimed to Jn Culverton and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all their right estate title claim interest and demand which ever they had have of by any means hereafter might have or and in one parcel of land containing by estim ation 5a of land parcel of a certain field called Lowfield in Colne aforesaid containing in the whole by estimation 15a of land lying between the lord's meadow called Halle Meadow of the one part and the common way leading from Colne aforesaid toward Great Tey on the other part as by the meets and bounds etc and also of and in one croft of land containing by estimation 1r of land with appurtenances called Sandhill as by the meets and bounds etc or in any part or parcel thereof by means of any cause or matter from the beginning of the world even to the day of this court viz so that neither they the foresaid Antho and Adry nor any other for them or in their names or in the name of either or any of them may or shall hereafter exact claim or challenge any title estate interest or demand of and in the foresaid parcel and croft of land with appurtenances or in any part or parcel of the same but are claim debarred from all action of right for ever by these presents
