| fine 3li | it is found by the homage that Wm Fisher that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod by the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor one tenement with certain customary lands called Heyhouse sometime Jeff Audeley deceased and late Thos Audeley's lying in Colne aforesaid as in the leet with the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 25.5.10Hen8 the foresaid Wm died seised of and in the foresaid tenement with all appurtenances according to the custom of the manor and they say further that Wm Fisher is his son and next heir and of full age and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services ther efore before due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant |
