fine 15s it is found by the homage that Wm Fisher that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord 3r of meadow lying in the meadow called Nooks and Burrowes and one pasture called Burrowes containing 4a of land lying near the said 3r of meadow late bought of Jn Wingfield as by the meets and bounds etc as in the leet with the court here holden on friday next after the feast of st james the apostle 30.7.32Hen8 and one croft of land called Litle Burrowes as by the meets and bounds etc as in the leet with court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 15.5.35Hen8 more at large appeareth the foresaid Wm died of such estate of and in the premises seised and they say that Wm Fisher is his son and heir and of full age and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
