fine 2s it is found by the homage that Isabel Booner widow late wife of Roger Booner deceased who held to her and her heirs of the lord by the rod etc one pightle of land called Wards late builded on sometime in the tenure of Jn Litle and since Jn Ward's situate and lying in Colne aforesaid viz between the garden of the said Roger Booner towards the west and the garden and land of Jn Tillwicke towards the east and south and the common street there towards the north as in the leet with the court here holden of tuesday in the week of pentecost 2.6.20Hen8 more at large appears the foresaid Isabel died of and in the foresaid pightle or parcel of land in her demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor and they say further that Wm Booner is her son and next heir and of full age and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
