fine 13s4dit is found by the homage that Thomasine Culverton widow that held to her and her heirs of the lord by the rod three crofts of land called Husses containing 4a of land parcel of the tenement and 30a of land called Curds as the foresaid crofts of land lie together near Crudds Lane toward the east as by the meets and bounds etc as in the leet with the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 15.6.38Hen8 more at large appears out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Barth Church in the presence of Jn Parker Thos Leffingwell and Wm Booner the lord's tenants the same witnessing the foresaid three crofts of land to the use and behoof of Thos Culverton his heirs and assigns on condition of performance and observation of the last will and testament of the last will and testament of Jn Culverton his father deceased as in the said will more at large appears which Thos being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
