with appurtenances as by the meets and bounds etc as in the leet with the court here held on

more at large appears died of and in the foresaid parcel of land and other the premises with all and singular appurtenances sole seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and they say further that
