fine     to this court came Lewice Jegon that held to him and his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc the feed or pasture of all the wood called Bettingsland with the appurtenances sometime in the tenure of Jn Game and since in the tenure of Rich Wade as in the court roll bearing date tuesday in the week of pentecost 11.6.3Edw6 is contained and surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of his steward the foresaid pasture or feed of the wood to the use and behoof of Jn Potter his heirs and assigns which Jn being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin delivered by the rod of the foresaid pasture of the wood to hold to the same Jn his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the fealty rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
