fine 6s8dit is found by the homage that Jn Brewer that held to him for and during his life one customary tenement with the appurtenances near Tollehouse Greene called Wallers and one parcel of customary land to the same tenement adjoining containing in length 3rod and a half and in breadth 2rod2ft of the standard as in a copy bearing date on tuesday in the week of pentecost 27.5.3Eliz1 more at large appears the remainder when it shall happen by and after the death of the foresaid Jn to Robt Brewer son of the said Jn died since the last court being so thereof seised and the foresaid Robt is alive and hath right to the premises which Robt being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward because it appeareth to the court the petition of the said Robt to be true there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the fealty rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
