fine 10sand afterward the court sitting to this court came the foresaid Robt Brewer and Magdalen his wife and the said Magdalen her husband being by being alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of his said steward the foresaid customary tenement with appurtenances called Wallers and one parcel of customary land to the same tenement adjoining containing in length 3rod and a half and in breadth 2rod2ft with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Jn Wentworth and his heirs and assigns which Jn being present in court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the fealty rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenants
