fine 10sit is found by the homage that Jn Archer that held to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor one messuage with a barn and garden lying thereto with the appurtenances called Joldens as in the court roll bearing date on wednesday being 8.7.15Eliz1 out of court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Barth Church instead of the bailiff in the presence of Rich Ennowes and Robt Peerson the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing the foresaid messuage barn and garden with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of Robt Ennowes and Grace his wife their heirs and assigns which Robt and Grace being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the fealty rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and they give fine and made fealty and are admitted the lord's tenants
