fine 3li6s8dto this court came Thos Bridge late son of one Thos Bridge deceased that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc one piece or parcel of customary land with the appurtenances called Rush Meddowe containing in the whole by estimation 16a of land more or less as in the court here holden on monday being 11.4.17Eliz1 more at large appears and surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of his steward the foresaid piece or parcel of land called Rushe Meddowe with the appurtenances to the intent that the lord being so thereof seised might regrant the premises with appurtenances to the same Thos Bridge and Ann his wife for and during the term of the life of the said Thos and Ann and the longer liver of them and the heirs if the said Thos forever and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid being so seised regranted out of his hands by the said steward the foresaid parcel of customary land with the appurtenances to the foresaid Thos Bridge and Ann his wife and the heirs of the said Thos and by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the foresaid Thos and Ann his wife and the longer liver of them and the heirs of the said Thos of the lord by the rod etc
