fine 20sit is found by the homage that Agnes Bunner sngl that held to her and her heirs of the lord by the rod etc one tenement with a curtilage adjoining with the appurtenances called Greenes Tenement in Colne aforesaid and one garden sometime parcel of one tenement called Jakes lying between the tenement late Hen Pullen's called Campions and the foresaid tenement called Jakes as by the meets and bounds etc as in the court here holden on monday being 1.10.13Eliz1 more at large appears out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Thos Cocke instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Barret and Thos Polley the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing the foresaid tenement and curtilage and garden with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Xoph Hall and Kath his wife and their heirs and assigns forever which Xoph and Kath by Wm Manners their attorney in this behalf came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward because it is so found by the homage there is seisin delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine and made fealty and are admitted the lord's tenants
