and the foresaid piece in which the house is builded contains in length against the way aforesaid 53ft and in breadth 20ft of standard to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to have and to hold to the same
Wm Wade
his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rent of 12d by the year and suit at court and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
