and afterward the court sitting came the foresaid Jn Lemington and humbly craved licence of the lord to build up anew one cottage upon the foresaid 8a of land with the timber growing upon the same by the discretion of the bailiff and because it seemeth not unprofitable to the lord therefore it is granted giving to the lord for fine and for licence as appears in the head etc
