fine 40sit is found by the homage that Thos Culverton that held to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod two parcels of customary land late parcel of the customary land called Chewniesland containing by estimation 8a or more or less as by the meets and bounds etc as in the court here holden on monday being 21.6.10Eliz1 more at large appears out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Reade instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Leffingwell and Jn Sparrowe the elder the lord's tenants the same witnessing the foresaid two two parcels of customary land with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of Jn Lemington alias Bailie his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the foresaid Jn Lemington his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc
