it is found by the homage that Jn Scyday that held to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc one barn now a tenement with a garden adjoining with the appurtenances called Pannells as by copy of court roll here holden on wednesday being 11.4.18Eliz1 more at large appears out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Reade instead of the bailiff in the presence of Wm Bunner and Rich Prentice the lord's customary tenants the same witnessing the foresaid barn or tenement with the garden adjoining with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of Nich Cheborne his heirs and assigns who by Robt Reade his attorney in this behalf came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered etc
