fine 12liit is found by the homage that Peter White that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod one tenement and 26a of land and 3a1r of meadow called Curds as by the meets and bounds etc and also three crofts of land containing 15a of land whereof one is called Barmans Field another is called Rowncyes and the other is called Pellesland lying in Barmans Field as by the meets etc as by copy of court roll here holden 5.11.5Eliz1 more at large appears out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Barth Churche instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Barret and Robt Peerson the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing all the premises with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Geof Cuckoke his heirs and assigns forever who being here present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to the said Geof his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc by the rents and services etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
