fine 13s4d it is found by the homage that Thos Culverton that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc 2r of land or meadow parcel of 2a of customary land lying under Colne Park between the lands called Chewniesland toward the south and the meadow of Wm Fisher parcel of The Heyhouse toward the north one head abutting upon the common meadow of the lord's tenants there toward the east and the other head abutting upon the meadow late Rich Orbell's alias Smythe toward the west as by the meets etc as by copy of court roll here holden 21.6.10Eliz1 more at large appears died since the last court and before his death lying very sick surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Barth Churche instead of the bailiff in the presence of Robt Peerson and Thos Bridge the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing the foresaid 2r of land or meadow to the use and behoof of his last will and testament by which he gave willed or legacied the same in these english words following viz item I give to Thomasine Culverton my daughter and her heirs and assigns all those my lands called Perycrofts etc also I give to her her heirs and assigns 2a of meadow more or less lying in the common meadow and furthermore and so forward as in the two former entries verbatim
