Firmantylers
lying in Colne aforesaid as it is now situate and divided from the residue of the said tenement to the use and behoof of
Peter Gilotte
and
Agnes
his wife and their heirs and assigns forever who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted to the foresaid little parcel of land to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc
