no fine Evans Waste | at this court the lord by the advice of Israel Amyce esq his surveyor for the increase and recontinuance of the ancient rents and services of this manor heretofore decayed granted out of his hands to Jn Evans one piece of the waste adjoining to the customary tenement of the same Jn lying upon the green called Colne Green containing in length 10rod and in breadth 4rod as it is now enclosed and by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to the same Jn Evans his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc yielding therefore yearly to the lord and his assigns 4d at the usual terms of the manor and doing the common suit of the court of that manor from three weeks to three weeks and he gave etc and made etc and is etc |
