fine 20s Filbrigs Cottage Lophams Mellhill it is found by the homage that Geof Litle that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc two customary cottages with the appurtenances late Rich Filbrigg's as etc and one parcel of land called The Mellhell and one garden with the appurtenances called Lophams containing 1r or more etc lying against The Mellhill as etc as by copy of court roll here holden 19.6.12Eliz1 more at large appears out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Churche instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Robt Peerson and Robt Reade the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing all the premises with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Jn Evans his heirs and assigns who being present etc to whom etc
