item we present that Robt Ive hath trespassed in certain of the lord's demesne lands in Colne Park now in the tenure and occupation of the same Robt at The Great Lodge in the same park viz by rooting and grubbing certain trees called lynes and hassells and cutting away the roots of certain ashes everywhere round about the same ashes and hath cut away certain roots from the bodies of the same trees and left the bodies standing for that the said bodies must needs die this is done in a piece of land near Bracks Haven by what authority we know not we find also Jn Bragge late farmer there did stub and grub certain ashes in other several lands of the same park then being in his own occupation by what authority we know not item that the said Robt Ive hath planted a certain hop gard en in the said park and hath stored the same with alder poles late growing in the said park and there cut down by the said Robt by what authority we know not
