item they present that Robt Woodward of Colne aforesaid took and carried away by estimation three cartloads of wood late growing against one parcel of land called Parkfield that stood and grew within the precincts of the said park being parcel of the demesne lands of this manor and that Jn Cutler witnesses that the keepers of the said park have always and from time to time shrud the said trees to the use of the lord of this manor and that all the wood there felled belongeth only to the said park
