out of the court and since the last court died and before his death lying on his death bed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of

instead of the bailiff in the presence of others the same witnessing the foresaid feed or pasture of the foresaid wood called

to the use and behoof and for the performance of his last will and testament bearing date

is true and lawful therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to the same
