fine 7liit is found by the homage that Hen Bridge out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Geo Garrard instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Greene and Jn Warde the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing all that his messuage and tenement with appurtenances called Dynes together with four parcels of land or pasture late parcel of Lowfield containing in them by estimation 20a be it more or less in as ample manner as the said Hen Bridge lately had the same of the surrender of Wm Bunner to the use and behoof of Edm Potter his heirs and assigns which Edm Potter being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto and because it is found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the same Edm his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and by the rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and he giveth the lord for fine and made fealty and so is admitted the lord's tenant yet this surrender and seisin thereof delivered is made on condition following viz that if the said Edm Potter his heirs executors administrators and assigns pay or cause to be paid to the foresaid Hen Bridge at the tenement aforesaid before annunciation.next after the date of these presents 5li of good and lawful money of England and at or before michaelmas.1588 5li of like money and so forth yearly at every feast of the feasts aforesaid the foresaid sum of 5li during the natural life of the said Hen that then this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered shall remain in all his force and effect but if there be default in payment of the said sum of 5li at any of the feasts aforesaid or by the space of ten days after any of the said feasts in which as is aforesaid it ought to be paid during the natural life of the said Hen contrary to the form aforesaid that then it shall be lawful to the said Hen into the foresaid messuage and foresaid four crofts of land with appurtenances to reenter and the same to his own only use and behoof to have again repossess and enjoy this present surrender of any thing therein contained to the contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding
