as it lieth in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of

his wife for and during the term of the life of the said

the remainder thereof after her decease to
Thos Smythe
the son of the foresaid

deceased and his heirs and assigns which said

being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns during the whole term of her natural life the remainder after her decease to the foresaid
