fine 13s4dit is found by the homage that Wm Inman clerk out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Robt Reade instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Parker and Robt Rooks the lord's customary tenants and others the same witnessing one customary tenement with appurtenances called Goolds lying in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of Wm Smythe his heirs and assigns which Wm being present in court came and prayed to be admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the same Wm his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and so is admitted the lord's tenant thereof
