to this court came Wm Fisher gentleman and prayed licence of the lord to let to farm to one Robt Reade of Colne aforesaid and his assigns all his customary lands which he holdeth of the lord of this manor by the rod lying and being in Colne aforesaid and belonging or appertaining to a certain messuage called The Heyhouse for term of twenty one years beginning michaelmas.next after the date of this court and fully to be complete and ended whereupon now at this court the lord by his steward granted licence to the foresaid Wm to let to farm to the said Robt Reade and his assigns all the premises for the term aforesaid and the foresaid Wm giveth the lord fine for such licence as appears
