it is found by the homage that Agnes Bieston widow that held to her and her heirs of the lord by the rod etc one tenement called the Stable and the Cowhouse and one tenement builded with a garden parcel of the tenement sometime Robt Mathewe's and since Thos Prynce's as the said Stable and the Cowhouse with the garden adjoining are situate and lie between the tenement sometime Jn Bonjohn alias Turner's and the tenement late Robt Lytman's on the one part and a parcel of land sometime parcel of Barecrofte of the other part with one way late parcel of Barecrofte leading toward the said Barecrofte with free ingress and egress to carry and chase etc as in the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost in 4Eliz1 died since the last court of the premises sole seised in her demesne as of fee etc and they say further that Wm Bieston is the son and next heir of the said Agnes Bieston deceased and hath right to the premises etc who being present in the court came and prayed himself to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty etc and is admitted the lord's tenant thereof
