it is found by the homage that Agnes Bieston widow that held to her and her heirs of the lord by the rod etc two parcels of land containing 5a of land more or less etc parcel of certain land called Chewniesland as etc died since the last court of and in the premises sole seised in her demesne as of fee and they say further that Wm Bieston is son and heir of the said Agnes and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and prayed himself to be admitted thereto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns to the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and so he is admitted the lord's tenant
