it is found by the homage that Agnes Bieston widow that held to her and her heirs of the lord by the rod etc one parcel of land called Dovehousefield lying and being in Earls Colne aforesaid died since the last court of and in the foresaid parcel of land sole seised in her demesne as of fee etc and they say furthermore that Wm Bieston is son and heir of the said Agnes Bieston and hath right to the foresaid parcel of land who being present in the court came and prayed himself to be admitted thereto and because it is of found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and was admitted the lord's tenant
