it is found by the homage that Agnes Bieston widow that held to her and her heirs of the lord by the rod etc two crofts of land whereof one is called Stonelie late Jn Wingefielde's and the other is called Burrowes late Jn Attewoode's as etc died since the last court of and in the foresaid crofts of land sole seised in her demesne as of fee and they say further that Wm Bieston is son and heir of the said Agnes and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and prayed himself to be admitted thereto and because if is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seis in thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth the fine etc and made fealty and so is admitted the lord's tenant
