it is found by the homage that Wm Bunner that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc one pightle of land called Wardes late builded on sometime in the tenure of Jn Litle and since of Jn Warde situate and lying in Colne aforesaid viz between the garden late Roger Booner's toward the west and the garden of Jn Tillwicke there toward the south and east and the common street there toward the north as in the court there holden on monday being the 21.6.10Eliz1 more at large appeareth out of court and since the last court died thereof sole seised in his demesne as of fee and they say further that Agnes Booner sngl is the only sister and sole heir of the said Wm Bunner deceased which Agnes being present in the court came and prayed herself to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services etc and she giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant and now the court sitting came the foresaid Agnes Booner and surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of his steward the foresaid pightle of land called Wardes to the use and behoof of Barth Churche his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and prayed himself to be admitted thereto to whom by the steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant thereof
