it was found in the last court with the leet of this year that Agnes Booner sister and heir of Wm Booner holdeth of the lord of the manor freely by deed one tenement called with appurtenances in Earls Colne aforesaid by fealty suit of court and rent of 8d by the year and she being now required to pay the lord the relief aforesaid and doeth the lord fealty for the same
