it appeareth in the last court with the leet of this year that Antho Ennewes son and heir of Jn Ennewes holdeth of the lord of this manor freely one tenement with a curtilage adjoining called Beoldes with appurtenances in Earls Colne aforesaid which fell to him by right of inheritance by and after the death of Rich Ennewes his grandfather by fealty suit of court and rent of 9d by the year after the death of Rich there falleth to the lord a relief of 9d which the bailiff is charged to levy and the same Antho being now required to pay to the lord this relief aforesaid and to do the lord fealty for the same came not therefore he is in mercy 2d which the bailiff is charged to levy and to summon him to be here at the next court to pay to the lord his relief aforesaid and to do the lord fealty for the same
