Robt Church at the court with the leet of 28Eliz1 took to him and his heirs by copy of the surrender of Jn Church his brother son and heir of Barth Church father of the same Jn and Robt one croft of land inclosed called Stulpes Croft late Jn Tredgoldes lying beside Beercroft and 1a of land be it more or less and one customary garden with one pit or pond to the same adjoining with appurtenances in Earls Colne aforesaid as appeareth in the court here holden in the 10Eliz1 and it is holden by fealty suit of court and rent by the year and the same Robt showed to this court two copies of the said 28Eliz1 which witness the same
