in the court with the leet of 29Eliz1 it appeareth that Marge Barnard died after the last court and held of the lord as of this manor by copy of court roll certain customary lands and tenements as appears in the court here holden the 13.9.24Eliz1 and because nobody then came to claim the premises by any lawful title after the death of the said Marge therefore the first proclamation was made that if any would claim the premises out of the lord's hands by any lawful title let him come and he should be heard and because none yet came therefore the second proclamation is made in form aforesaid therefore the bailiff is charged to take into the lord's hands the tenement aforesaid with appurtenances and to answer the lord the issues thereof being taxed at 40s until etc
