Jn Greene of Halstead and Jn Greene his son at the court here holden in 28Eliz1 took to them and their heirs by copy of the surrender of Thos Felton gentleman one messuage with rentaries and gardens adjoining situate and lying in Colne Street lately Wm Boome alias Brome and since of Jn Bieston and 3a of land enclosed lying besides Hinesland with appurtenances etc as appeareth in the court here holden 30.9.28Eliz1 by fealty suit of court and rent of by the year and the same Jn Greene the father and Jn Greene the son being solemnly required the same Jn Greene the father came and acknowledged the tenure aforesaid and is sworn of the homage of this court
