it appeareth in the court with the leet of the 26Eliz1 that Jn Evans took to him and his heirs by copy of the lord granted one piece of the lord's waste soil of this manor adjoining to the customary tenement of the same Jn as it lieth upon the green called Colne Green and contains in length 10rod and in breadth 4rod as it is inclosed holden by fealty suit of court and rent of 4d by the year and the same Jn at the same court took to him and his heirs of the surrender of Geof Litle before of Jn Litle his father (sic error grandfather) before of Jn Ellis before of Thos Ellis his father before of Hen Prentice before of Rich Filbrigge who survived Jn Tillwicke two customary cottages late of the said Rich Filbrigge as they are inclosed and one parcel of land called the Millehill and one garden called Lophams containing 1r by estimation lying over against the said land called Millhill aforesaid as they are inclosed and specified in the court of 12Eliz1 and are holden by fealty suit of court and rent of by the year and showed five copies thereof made of the 16Hen8 of the 4Edw6 of the 1Mary1 and of 12Eliz1 and 26Eliz1 and being now required came and acknowledged etc and is sworn of the homage etc
