Rich Heyward came here to this court in his own proper person and showed to this court two copies made out of the court rolls of this manor of the 24Eliz1 and 2Eliz1 by which he claimeth to hold of the lord to him and his heirs by the surrender of Thos Pullen the son of Hen Pullen one tenement called Jackes and one croft of land customary late Jn Pinells and late parcel of Lowefield by fealty suit of court and rent of by the year etc
