to this court came Wm Fisher son and heir of Wm Fisher in his proper person and showed the court three copies made out of the court rolls of this manor of the 10Eliz1 by which he claimeth to hold to him and his heirs one tenement with certain customary lands called Hayhouse sometime of Geof Audely and late of Thos Audeley and 1a of customary land lying in Longland or more etc late of Thos Potter late parcel of the tenement called Gooldes alias Cowleas as by meets and bounds and also 3r of meadow lying in the mead called Nookes and Burrowes and one pasture called Burrowes containing 4a lying near the said 3r of meadow late of Jn Wingfield as by meets etc and also one croft of land called Litle Burrowes with appurtenances in Colne aforesaid as by meets etc and as appeareth in the court of 35Hen8 by fealty suit of court and rent of by the year and is sworn of the homage of this court
